As we arrive back to campus for the 2026-2027 school year, we continue to develop students as Learners as Doers, Learners as Individuals, and Learners as the Whole Child. This year marks three years of applying three high-yield strategies in the classroom: Project-Based Learning, Building Thinking Classrooms, and Leadership. Already, we are seeing the impact; students across our schools are becoming more engaged and confident in their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities through innovative teaching strategies. By participating in meaningful, real-world projects, they are actively involved in their learning, while leadership opportunities are helping them grow into responsible and global leaders.

- Known — Students understand their strengths, needs, interests, goals, and current level of learning, and a trusted adult understands those perceptions and communicates them with families in a positive, encouraging way.
- Challenged — Students engage in rigorous, meaningful learning that requires them to apply the 5Cs—communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and citizenship—to analyze, evaluate, solve complex problems, design, and create.
- Supported — Students participate in a 1:1 conference with a teacher at least once each quarter to receive individualized feedback, intervention, enrichment, and support for their continued growth.

Our goal is not simply to prepare students for their first steps after graduation, like university life, but to provide an educational advantage that continues to serve them for years to come.
