I am incredibly excited to step into the role of Assistant Principal. Having served this exceptional community for 13 years as a teacher, district coordinator, and instructional coach, my focus has always been, and will always be, putting our students at the center of everything we do. I am eager to leverage my 23 years of educational experience to join a phenomenal school team and continue the work of our district's strategic vision.
To be a Brave means embracing Indian Hill's tradition of innovation and excellence, transforming challenges into learning opportunities. As a school leader, it means building collaborative relationships to unite staff, families, and the community to advocate for all students and drive continuous growth.
For me, the absolute best part of my day is connecting with students or collaborating with colleagues to support them and our learners. True leadership for me is rooted in helping and serving others. The moments of shared partnership found while walking the hallways, visiting classrooms, and watching our staff and students learn and grow together are exactly what make this work so meaningful.
