National Merit recognizes 19 Indian Hill High School students

Indian Hill High School (IHHS) congratulates the 19 students who were recognized as part of the National Merit Scholarship Corporation for their outstanding performance last year on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT). Seven students from Indian Hill High School have qualified for the National Merit Semifinalist Competition: Sophia Chen, Michael Chun, Jesslyn Gunadi, Tyler Huang, Jude Jamison, Rohin Kotian, and Krish Ranjan.

In addition, 12 Indian Hill High School students have been recognized as National Merit Commended Scholars: Alex Castellini, Eshaan Gandhi, Trent Hartman, Euan Ji, David Liu, Sri Masturzo, Robert Poffenberger, Jack Pollock, Miles Taylor, Alex Tran, Arjun Verma, and Claron Wang.

“We are so proud of the exceptional accomplishments of these students, who have proven themselves among the best of the best in the nation,” said IHHS Principal Jeff Damadeo. “This exclusive recognition is a result of laser focus on academic achievement over time, and we can’t wait to see what their futures hold.”
