RECENT ACTIVITY
For all students currently in our transportation routing system an email has been sent on May 5th with a 25-26 Bus Ridership Intent Form link. Please fill this out as soon as possible. The deadline for the form is
May 31st at which time it will expire. If your student does not need transportation for 25-26 please let us know via this form. It is a short two dropdown questions for those who don't need a bus, just follow the link. If something changes before June 30th and you have already filled out your 25-26 Bus Intent form for returning students sent via email. You can fill out the "Bus Intent Update Form" by June 30th. After that you will need to contact the transportation department at

Indian Hill Students CURRENTLY being transported by IH:
- 25-26 Transportation Request Forms have been sent via email. The deadline is May 31st. The form was sent to the email of the first parent/guardian listed in Final Forms.
All Saints, Cincinnati Country Day, and St. Gertrude Students:
If your student does not attend Indian Hill schools there is a NEW process required for the 25-26 school year.
Returning Non-Public Student's that rode a bus in 24-25
- Fill out the form sent to you via email (deadline 5/31/25) and then complete the steps below to sign up for Final Forms and upload the required resident, and student information documents.
- Sign up for an Indian Hill Final Forms account HERE - check out the Final Forms How to Page
- Fill out the New Student Transportation Request Form for "New Student Non-public Schools.
- Upload the required resident, and student information documents. The due date is June 30th - IH Transportation will need to process this information to determine eligibility for transportation.
New Non-Public Student's- Student currently receiving Payment in lieu of transportation and/or requesting transportation for 25-26.
- Sign up for an Indian Hill Final Forms account HERE - check out the Final Forms How to PAGE
- Fill out the New Student Transportation Request Form the non-public schools we transport to (listed above) or select "All Others Non-public schools"
- Upload the required resident, and student information documents. The due date is June 30th - IH Transportation will need to process this information to determine eligibility for transportation.

If you need to make a change please use a form from the Student Information Change section below.
