The Indian Hill School District and the Indian Hill Arts Conservatory celebrate the eight Indian Hill High School student-musicians who have earned positions in the prestigious Cincinnati Symphony Youth Orchestra (CSYO) for the 2026–2027 season. Following a rigorous audition process, the students were selected to perform as members of either the CSYO Philharmonic Orchestra or CSYO Concert Orchestra, joining talented young musicians from across the Greater Cincinnati region.

Participation in CSYO provides young musicians with the opportunity to rehearse and perform challenging orchestral repertoire while developing their artistry alongside other dedicated student musicians from throughout the region.

“We are incredibly proud of these eight students and the commitment to their craft that this accomplishment represents,” said Indian Hill Arts Conservatory Director Amy Clark. “Opportunities like CSYO allow our students to take what they are learning and developing at Indian Hill and challenge themselves in an entirely new environment. It is exciting to see our Arts Conservatory students representing IHHS in one of our region’s premier youth music programs, and we cannot wait to see how this experience helps them continue to grow as artists.”

For the students, the opportunity is not only about performing at a high level, but also about learning alongside other young musicians who share their passion.

“I can't wait to meet new people and improve my skills as a violinist,” said Isha Jha, Indian Hill student and member of the CSYO Concert Orchestra.

“These students have demonstrated tremendous dedication to their growth as musicians, both individually and as members of our orchestra program,” said Indian Hill Orchestra Director Trista Emmons. “Preparing for an audition of this caliber requires discipline, confidence, and a willingness to challenge yourself. I am incredibly proud of each of them for taking that challenge and earning the opportunity to make music alongside other outstanding young musicians from across the region.”
