Indian Hill Exempted Village School District Facility Rentals

Indian Hill Exempted Village School District uses PracticePlan for all facility rental requests and scheduling. Individuals and organizations interested in using District facilities must create a PracticePlan account and submit their request through the online system.

Create a PracticePlan Account

Visit www.practiceplan.io.
Click Sign Up in the upper-right corner.
Select “I want to book a facility.”
Follow the prompts to create and complete your account.

Submit a Facility Request

Once your account has been created:

Visit www.practiceplan.io and log in.
Select Home at the top of the page.
Enter Cincinnati in the location field.
Enter the date of your event and select Meeting as the activity.
Select the desired Indian Hill facility and complete all required information to submit your request.

Submitting a request does not guarantee facility availability or approval. Requests will be reviewed by the District, and additional information may be required before a reservation is confirmed.

Indian Hill Facility Rental Rates

Facility rental fees may apply depending on the organization and type of event. Please refer to the Indian Hill Facility Rental Rate form for current rates and additional information.

The District classifies facility users into four groups for the purpose of determining applicable rental rates:

Group 1: Government agencies, school support organizations, and Board-sanctioned groups, such as PTO and Booster organizations.
Group 2: Community organizations serving school-age children within the District, such as Scouts and youth sports organizations.
Group 3: Nonprofit organizations with educational, civic, charitable, or community-service purposes, such as churches and service clubs.
Group 4: Commercial organizations, including businesses operating within the District or serving a significant portion of the community, such as dance schools and camps.

All facility use must comply with Village of Indian Hill zoning requirements and applicable District policies. Certain student-organized activities may be exempt from facility rental fees.

The facility rental process helps prevent scheduling conflicts, provides appropriate custodial and operational support, and promotes the safety and accountability of students, staff, visitors, and community members.
