We are thrilled to announce that Hamilton County Public Health is working with the Indian Hill School District to expand our offerings for the COVID Vaccine Clinics for our families with children ages 5-11. Please note: These new slots will not add any additional early release dates to our school calendar.

Additional appointment dates and times:
• 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, November 22 
(Please note: Second dose date 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, December 13)

• 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 23 
(Please note: Second dose date 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, December 14)

ORIGINAL COMMUNICATION ISSUED NOVEMBER 3:

Yesterday, the CDC formally approved the emergency use authorization for the Pfizer vaccine for children ages 5-11. The Ohio Department of Health has worked to supply Ohioans with 250,000 available doses to begin vaccinating over 370,000 children in Ohio this week.

As a service to our families, the Indian Hill School District has partnered with the Hamilton County Department of Public Health to offer on-campus vaccination clinics for children ages 5-11, which will result in four early release school days.

• 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, November 17 
(Please note: Second dose date 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, December 8)

• 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, November 23 
(Please note: Second dose date 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, December 14)

School Calendar Adjustment: Early Release Days

In order to provide vaccine clinic access to both our families and our staff, the Indian Hill School District will adjust the daily schedule for all four days, including:
• Wednesday, November 17 
• Tuesday, November 23
• Wednesday, December 8
• Tuesday, December 14

Dismissal information for early release schedule:
• Indian Hill Primary School: 12:10 p.m. (car riders 12:05 p.m.)
• Indian Hill Elementary School: 12:20 p.m. (car riders 12:15 p.m.)
• Indian Hill Middle School GRADE SIX: 11:15 a.m.
• Indian Hill Middle School GRADE SEVEN & EIGHT: 11:25 a.m.
• Indian Hill High School 11:25 a.m.
