As we first communicated in May, we are transitioning to a new platform to streamline how you input your student's information through FinalForms.
This month, the annual parent/student consent forms, new registrations, and fall sports registrations became operational in the new FinalForms system. If you are a student or a parent within our District, you should have received an email to confirm your account via the email address on record within our student information database. If you have updated your information, thank you. If you have not, please take the time to complete this important information. As has been our practice in the past, emergency medical authorization must be complete before your student begins the upcoming school year.
