My parents moved to the District from Atlanta in 1974 when I was in second grade, so I just missed out on the 13-year club! I graduated a proud member of the underrated Class of 1985. My wife Jerri and I moved to Indian Hill in 1997, a few years after graduating from the University of Cincinnati. Our children, Emily (Class of 2016), Regan (Class of 2019), and Hayden (Class of 2021) are proud Braves!
To me, being a Brave is having the courage to step just outside our comfort zone to engage in our amazing collective community experience. We sometimes take for granted the amazing resources we enjoy in this rural, historic community. Opportunities are abundant, so we must take full advantage and set the bar even higher for the next generation … leading by example.
As an architect, it’s my job to imagine, explore, and discover creative opportunities and solutions on a daily basis. As an alum, my #IHPromise is to be truly engaged and share a unique vision combining past experiences with thoughtful and forward-thinking views of future possibilities.
The Indian Hill Boosters Association is parent-led AND one of the only groups of its kind in this area that supports athletics AND fine arts as well as other extracurricular activities in all our Indian Hill Schools. Money is raised through memberships, the Bravesline Shop, Antiques Fair, Booster cookouts and sponsorship. By joining the Boosters, you are enabling the invaluable extra-curricular activities and opportunities made available to our students at every Indian Hill school. Last year Boosters donated more than $70,000 to our schools at every level, from the Primary School up through High School.
