I have been a Brave the past 10 years. I am a proud mother to two students, Mrinal, (Indian Hill Class of 2017) who is a sophomore in college at Dartmouth, and Manasi, a junior at Indian Hill High School.
To me, being Brave means upholding our tight-knit, supportive, and inclusive community. Also, I think it means being the best you can be. We have a lot of talent and hardworking students, parents, and school faculty. The District provides exceptional educational services for our children, and as a parent I feel strongly about supporting that mission.
The #IHPromise means providing each student with the means to succeed and achieve whatever it is that they want for their future. The District's mission is to ensure the intellectual development, personal growth, and social responsibility of each student; in my experience the District has provided an engaging, stimulating learning environment for our students – one that I treasure and want to help make even better.
Enter the Indian Hill PTO … focused on creating a positive and more connected school district between parents, students, and teachers, the IH PTO strives to establish a close and positive relationship with others in Indian Hill through networking, community events, and other opportunities. In 2017-2018, IHPTO supported all Indian Hill schools with financial support totaling $75,553, and contributed substantial donations in materials. Countless volunteer hours were given to lead a variety of events. Our goal is to serve all students academically and emotionally in an effort to prepare them for a future where their individual talents are recognized and celebrated. This, in turn, contributes to the #IHPromise.
