The Indian Hill School District was informed of several positive cases we need to share with you.

District Staff Members
Two District staff members tested positive for COVID-19 and are in isolation. Administrators determined the positive staff members were not in Close Contact with any students or other staff members.

Indian Hill Middle School Students
The District was informed two Indian Hill Middle School (IHMS) students tested positive. Our District nurse determined the first IHMS positive student was in Close Contact with one Indian Hill High School (IHHS) student. Our District nurse determined the second positive IHMS student was in Close Contact with one Indian Hill Elementary School (IHES) student and one Indian Hill Primary School (IHPS) student. Those families have been notified that their students are required to quarantine.

Indian Hill Elementary School Student
The District was informed an IHES Brave Virtual Academy (BVA) student is positive. Building leaders determined that the positive student was not in Close Contact with any other students or staff members.

Indian Hill Primary School Students
The District was informed two IHPS students are positive, one face-to-face student and one in BVA. Our District nurse determined the positive face-to-face student was in Close Contact with one District student. That family has been notified the student is required to quarantine. Our District nurse determined the positive BVA student was not in Close Contact with any other students or staff members.

Close Contact is defined as someone who has been within 6 feet of an individual for more than 15 minutes.

Due to federal privacy laws, we are not permitted to provide the names of the individuals.

It is our responsibility to inform you as members of our Indian Hill School District community about all reports of positive COVID-19 test results that directly impact our District, and we will continue to share these important updates as needed.

Sincerely,

Kirk Koennecke
Superintendent
