To me, being a Brave means pursuing excellence in all I do. I love being in a learning environment where I am required to bring my "A-game" every day. Students ask such great questions and my colleagues are top-notch. Our administration expects the best and equips us with the resources we need. This is everything I could ever want in terms of a work environment!

Whether it is funding to deliver on a priority or examining our current procedures, we are in a state of continuous improvement, which is the same thing we ask of our students!
The best moment in any day is when a student says something about what we are learning that shows engagement. I love comments like, "Wow, I had no idea ... " Then I know I am on the right track with the way I am presenting the material. Those are great moments!
