#BRAVEminds: November speaker La Shanda Sugg, LPC to help grow Brave communication with students

As part of the #BRAVEminds series to develop social/emotional connection with students, the Indian Hill School District presents speaker La Shanda Sugg, LPC, for a special presentation on Thursday, November 14 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Indian Hill High School Multipurpose Room. All Indian Hill School District parents and guardians are invited to attend this event.

By providing a basic understanding of how the body and brain function and the impact of stress on that functioning, Sugg helps caregivers and educators understand their students a little bit better while developing skills to engage them more effectively. This engaging and informative discussion is sure to leave participants thinking about their relationship with their students differently.

Background:
